Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering pods, manage product backlogs, and drive predictable release cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives across 4 engineering teams.
Manage program roadmaps, technical dependencies, and risk mitigation registers.
Deliver transparent executive status dashboards and KPI metric reports.
Champion Agile best practices and continuous delivery improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
6+ years in technical program management within software engineering organizations.
PMP and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credentials.
Expert fluency with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise PM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
